Retail Store Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
• Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Bi-lingual (Korean / English) - Fluency in both Korean and English is necessary for reading and writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person - Ontario Mills
Warehouse Worker (Experienced Level) - Bilingual in Korean and English ($30 - $33.65)
REQUIREMENTS
• Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory)
• Ability lifts to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written) - Ability to read Korean language on shipment, merchandise and labels
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Bi-Lingual in Korean) ($22 + Based on experiences)
REQUIREMENTS
• Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory)
• Ability lifts to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written) - Ability to read Korean language on shipment, merchandise and labels
Packing (Bi-Lingual in Korean) – Part Time
• Fulfillment support and inspection
• Wrapping, packing, and labeling for delivery
• Accuracy required
• Working Hours: 4~6 hours per day
• Bilingual in English and Korean
E-Commerce Associate ($20 - $30)
General Duties & Responsibilities:
• the seller's Amazon and Shopify accounts' day-to-day operations include product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment for multiple brands.
• Ability to write titles, bullets, product classifications, to positively impact organic search results.
• Conduct competitive product surveys and consumer analysis, improve store pages, product pages, increase page appeal, and maintain a high conversion rate of store pages.
• Develop creative ideas for product content and ensure successful online assortment and sales conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure product availability and timely restocking. Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Stay up to date with Amazon's policies, terms of service, and performance metrics to ensure compliance. Monitor account health, manage performance metrics, and take necessary actions to maintain a good standing on the platform.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new features on Amazon Seller Central, and changes in e- commerce best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the seller's performance on Amazon.
• Troubleshooting product listing issues on Amazon with consistent case management and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
• Must be knowledgeable and passionate in Beauty & Skincare brands
• 1-2 years’ experience working in retail or e-commerce (Shopify platform is a plus)
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, and efficient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Superior level of attention to detail and keen eye for consistency and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organization and time management skills and ability to maintain flexibility
• Must have working knowledge of Dropbox and Google Suite (google docs, sheets, drive, calendar)
• Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency with Excel
Sales Associate Position(Based on experiences)
Job Responsibilities
• Contribute and take initiative in sales and the execution of business plans with team members to increase sales
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Assist team manager and support team where as needed (such as following up on samples, customers orders, scheduling trucks, warehouse appt, creating shipment labels, invoices and etc.,)
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Partner with purchasing team to manage inventory and purchase order cycle
• Any other duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications and Skill
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• A strategic and analytical thinker, able to act quickly and effectively when balancing multiple tasks and happy to be hands-on
• Works well independently and has advanced time management and organization skills
• Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions
Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• At least two years experience in the customer service, office setting or retail industry preferred
